Senior Commercial Manager - IT 6 Months £490 - £590/Day Inside IR35 London Clearance: CTC We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager - IT for our Government client based in London. This role will be office based 40% and 60% remote. The Senior Commercial Manager role will be an initial 6 month contract paying between £490 - £590/Day Inside IR35.
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Clearance:
Successful candidate to complete CTC clearance prior to appointment Role Profile:
Extensive experience in operational procurement within the ICT category, ideally across both products and services, including Networks Services, Infrastructure and SaaS Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value tenders through a range of procurement procedures, including Open Procedure and CCS framework mini-competitions
Experience with Competitive Flexible procedures would be an advantage Strong working knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and frameworks PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 PA23 training must be completed (or willingness to undertake the training independently upon appointment). Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent procurements, at varying stages of the lifecycle. Self-starter; capable of delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
