This IT Technician post sits in the IT team at Sheldon School, working closely with the Director of IT Services and the wider leadership team. The work centres on first and second-line support for staff and students, keeping hardware, software, networks and user accounts running and secure. It mixes hands‑on fixes with a share in improving the school's digital setup, including classroom technology.
Visa sponsorship is not available, and the start is as soon as possible.
- First and second-line technical support for staff and students
- Maintaining hardware and software
- Assisting with network and system administration

- Managing user accounts and devices
- Helping ensure compliance with IT security and data protection requirements
- Maintaining the school's IT infrastructure, devices and systems so that users get timely support
