A leading health insurer in Brighton is seeking a High Risk Claims Consultant on a fixed-term contract. This full-time role requires managing customer claims with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in adjudicating high-value claims and resolving enquiries. Flexibility in working hours may be required, as roles are on a shift rotation basis.
The position offers a hybrid working model, with a minimum of one day in the office per week and a salary starting from £25,500 annually.
