** Claims Support Technician
Location:
** Rawdon
** Salary:** £Negotiable + benefits We’re looking to add a Claims Support Technician to our team in Rawdon to ensure we provide the highest level of client care should they need to make a claim.
** The day to day:
*** Reviewing incoming new claims and emails with a view to extracting relevant data and information in order to add new claims to our claims system
* correctly upload claim related emails
* Set tasks for claims advisors
* Ensure all documentation and systems are kept up to date and accurate

** Your
Experience:
*** Your skill set should include strong Communication (Written, Verbal, Video), Negotiation, Stakeholder Management, Influencing and IT skills coupled with the ability to empathise with clients
* Good time management and ability to prioritise work
* Previous experience of insurance claims administration would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
* Knowledge of Acturis or similar broking / claims systems would be highly beneficial
