* The Role:

* Weisberg Legal have an excellent opportunity available for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join our busy team of professionals.

The position could be either full or part-time and part hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.

You will be joining a friendly office who seek to provide the highest standards of client care. Our key areas of business are residential conveyancing, private client and commercial property.

We are a CQS accredited firm and you will benefit from working with modern case management systems and supported by an experienced and motivated team.

With experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and a full understanding of the conveyancing process you will be running your own caseload which will include conveyancing for freehold and leasehold properties including; purchase and sales, shared ownership, registered and unregistered property and transfer of equity. From start to post completion you will be able to work to your clients' timescales and expectations.

You will be happy to take on responsibility and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
