* Solicitor - Commercial Property
* Due to expansion we are seeking a solicitor in this varied role offering client-facing experience and high levels of autonomy from the outset. You will advise a broad range of clients including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and managing agents on their commercial property matters.

* Key Responsibilities
* To manage a caseload of commercial property matters including:

* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals;

* Commercial leases;

* Landlord and tenant advice;

* Commercial licences;

* Development;

* Secured lending and finance.

* About You
* We are searching for a UK qualified solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

You will be expected to:

* Provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice;

* Build and maintain strong client relationships;

* Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team working environment;

* Develop professional connections with investors, agents, developers, accountants and other professional advisers to develop the role within our business.
