A highly regarded boutique law firm in Central Manchester is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a dedicated client account, focusing exclusively on commercial property finance matters.

The Role

• As the Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will:
• Advise on and manage all aspects of commercial property finance transactions for a single high-profile client.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and related commercial property finance documents.
• Work closely with the client to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Take full responsibility for the client account, providing proactive, commercial, and technically sound advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and consistent client satisfaction.

The Candidate

• The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified as a solicitor with 2-6 years PQE in real estate finance or banking law.
• Strong experience in commercial property finance documentation and structuring.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice independently.
• Motivation to work on a dedicated client account and take ownership of the role.
• Flexibility to work hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Central Manchester.
