The Residential Property Solicitor role in Wiltshire offers a full-time position with a salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions for a well-established firm. Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Chartered Legal Executives with at least two years’ post-qualification experience are sought. The role requires handling client matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth property journey.

On behalf of this very successful law firm we are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to handle a varied caseload of residential transactions. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive. This busy conveyancing team continues to grow and they are looking for an ambitious individual to join them supporting their clients through every stage of their property journey.

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCERAs a Conveyancer, you will handle a full range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working independently while being part of a collaborative team. Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and property documents. Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients. Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and other third parties.
Conducting searches and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Maintaining accurate case management records and meeting deadlines. Supporting junior colleagues and assisting with supervision when required. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing. You will succeed if you are proactive, detail focussed and passionate about delivering great client service.
