The OpportunityWorking alongside experienced Conveyancers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. You’ll be part of a collaborative and friendly team where your contribution is genuinely valued, allowing fee earners to focus on more complex legal work while you provide first-class support throughout the transaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive support to Residential Conveyancers.
- Opening new files and maintaining accurate client records.
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation.
- Ordering searches and Land Registry documents.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to provide transaction updates.
- Preparing files for completion and billing.
Managing incoming calls, emails and post. - Assisting with straightforward conveyancing matters where appropriate.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Providing reception support when required.
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience working within a legal environment.
- Experience with in residential conveyancing (preferred).
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Confidence building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
