Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and development work, including acquisitions, leases, refinances, and development agreements.

Advise clients on legal aspects of planning, construction, and financing in commercial property projects.

Draft and negotiate a range of legal documents such as:

Sale & purchase agreements

Leases

Overage and promotion agreements

Pre-emption agreements

Development and construction contracts

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Keep up to date with legal developments and market trends in commercial property law.

Work independently while also supporting senior team members on complex transactions.

Qualified Solicitor (1+ years PQE) with a solid background in commercial property.

Positive, proactive, and adaptable—comfortable with change and excited by innovation.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Commercially astute, delivering practical, client-focused advice.
