• You will handle acquisitions, refinances, lease drafting and negotiations, development agreements, and a variety of other commercial property transactions.
• You will advise clients on planning, construction and financing issues arising in connection with commercial property developments.
• Draft and negotiate leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, promotion agreements, options, pre‑emption agreements, and development contracts.
• Experience in development work, including Promotion Agreements, Options and Section 106 Agreements, would be advantageous.
• You will have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and a practical, solutions‑focused approach.
