Adult Social Care Lawyer London Local Authority Locum Contract Hybrid A reputable local authority in London is seeking to recruit a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their well-established team. The Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer will join the London Council on an initial three-month contract, which will then be extended on a rolling basis. Office attendance is flexible.

While hybrid working is preferred, remote applicants will still be considered. The client is ideally seeking a candidate who is available to work full-time hours; however, they will also consider a compressed working arrangement. The successful candidate will be required to manage a mixed caseload of Adult Social Care matters including:
Court of Protection (COP) Ordinary Residence Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) Care Act Mental Capacity Act This will be a great opportunity for a determined Adult Social Care Lawyer to develop their expertise, and take on a varied and interesting caseload. Our client is seeking to fill this locum Senior Adult Social Care role as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
