Real Estate Disputes Partner – Legal 500 Firm – Leatherhead, Surrey

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Partner/Solicitor to join a highly respected dispute resolution team based in the Leatherhead area.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, including:

Landlord and tenant disputes
Acting for businesses, professional practices and private clients
A mix of residential and commercial property litigation matters

You will:

Be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE
Demonstrate the ability to run matters autonomously
Have experience managing staff and delegating work effectively
If you DO NOT have a following of business/clients, the firm will still consider you
