An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Partner/Solicitor to join a highly respected dispute resolution team based in the Leatherhead area.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, including:- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Acting for businesses, professional practices and private clients
- A mix of residential and commercial property litigation matters
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE
- Demonstrate the ability to run matters autonomously
- Have experience managing staff and delegating work effectively
- If you DO NOT have a following of business/clients, the firm will still consider you
