Residential Property Lawyer (1-3 PQE) | Brighton | Hybrid Working
I'm working with a leading South East law firm seeking a Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team in Brighton.
The role:
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload under supervision
- Handle property purchases and disposals
- Work within the growing retirement living sector
- Deliver outstanding client care and build strong client relationships
You will have:
- 1-3 years' PQE or equivalent residential property experience
- Strong conveyancing and client management skills
- Excellent organisation, communication and drafting abilities
- A collaborative and proactive approach
