- You will be trusted to take ownership of your own caseload, working with a diverse range of clients and transactions while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative property team.
- You will handle a varied portfolio of residential matters, giving you the opportunity to use and develop your expertise
- Responsible for a varied caseload to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity, remortgages, New-build purchases and equity release
- Manage matters through the conveyancing process, maintaining close contact with clients and other professionals and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveynacers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- The ability to run your own caseload with limited supervision
