Legal Secretary

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected law firm in Beverley for a Legal Secretary to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Beverley – Office Based

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Litigation, to join a supportive and professional firm where you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

• Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
• Prepare, format, amend, and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and case files
• Manage solicitors' diaries, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and time recording processes
• Support the onboarding of new clients, including AML and compliance checks
• Liaise with clients professionally via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary
• Previous Litigation experience is highly desirable
• Excellent typing and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
