Bower Collective is seeking a Purchasing & Operations Manager to own purchasing, supply chain and product operations. This hybrid role involves weekly travel to Bath and fortnightly visits to Swindon, reporting to the CEO.
You will drive procurement, stock planning, and logistics while leading automation and sustainability initiatives. You will also manage supplier performance, coordinate with the warehouse, and support founders with operational initiatives.
