Competitive salary annual bonus Job Type: Full-time About the Role Join Supply Technologies as a Planner and help keep our customers' supply chains moving. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll balance demand and supply, optimise inventory levels, and use ERP data to ensure products are available when needed. What you will be doing:
Develop andmaintaindemand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends. Create and manage supply and replenishment plans to ensure consistent product availability. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies toavoidstockoutwhile minimizing excess and obsolescence. Work closely with customer operations, sales, and procurement teams to align supply with customer requirements. Identify and proactively resolve supply chain risks such as shortages, delays, or demand fluctuations.
Analyse planning data and performance metrics (e.g.service levels, fill rates, inventory turns) and recommend improvements. Manage andmaintainaccurateplanning parameters and master data within ERP/MRP systems. Support new product introductions (NPI) and product lifecycle planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3 years professional experience in materials planning, inventory planning or demand forecasting. Planning experience with SAP would be advantageous but not a requirement. Experience in a distribution environment is a plus. Demonstrate attention to detail, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, easily adapt to changing situations, and work well under pressure. Have strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in teams with members from various disciplines.
