We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Planner & Scheduler to join our busy Operations team in Haydock. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, route planning, data analysis, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer service.
What You'll Be Doing- Creating and maintaining efficient schedules for Service Drivers to maximise productivity and service delivery.
- Analysing routes, workloads, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting daily operational reviews and working closely with Operations Managers.
- Assisting with customer onboarding, mobilisation projects, and service queries.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational KPIs and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Promoting best practice, process consistency, and a positive team culture.
- Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Customer-focused and solutions-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Competitive salary dependent on experience

- Monday to Friday working pattern (40 hours per week)
