Come and join our teamThe Cleaning Service provides an essential service throughout the County of Carmarthenshire. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in schools to ensure pupils can learn in a clean and safe environment.
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Area Cleaning Manager. Candidates should already have experience in a cleaning role, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 15:00 and 17:00, term time only (38 weeks a year). The role is ideal for fitting around family commitments and other offerings. Pay is annualised for those who work term time only, spreading salary over 52 weeks.
Key responsibilities• Train, oversee, and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Maintain equipment, replenish cleaning products, and handle customer feedback in a professional and effective manner.
Requirements- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with other cleaning requirements.
- Enhanced DBS check with Barred List disclosure required.
- Basic knowledge of Welsh (Level
