We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a small branch team of 2–3 people, where you'll be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that support the day-to-day running of the site. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a clear path for long-term stability and development.

What your day will look like as a Warehouse Operative:

Conducting stock takes and managing inventory systems
Receiving and processing deliveries with accuracy and care
Sorting products into correct storage locations
Handling incoming customer calls professionally
Ensuring cleanliness and organisation in line with health and safety standards
Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable working in a small team with a remotely based management team
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Strong communication skills, particularly for call handling
Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is beneficial but not essential
Must be able to commit to a two-week training programme in Liverpool due to the nature of the business.
Training & Onboarding:

2 weeks of mandatory paid training in Liverpool, starting 19th January
Travel, food expenses, and hotel accommodation are fully covered
Option to stay in Liverpool for the full duration or return home over the weekend
