A leading destination hotel in Wales is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and compliance of the property. This role requires strong organizational skills, superior mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage contractors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building maintenance and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000 per year is offered along with onsite parking and generous employee discounts.
