Health and Safety Consultancy who specialise in the deep-cleaning and maintenance of ventilation systems of commercial buildings are growing their team and are offering 2 exciting Training Maintenance Operative positions.

No sector experience is required for the role as full training is provided. What is required is the following

• Some knowledge working in a Building Services environment and interest working in a manual position
• Excellent communication skills
• Full driving license
• Ability to be DBS checked
• Ability to work away when needed (planned and not weekly)

Please note this is NOT a building cleaning role

The Trainee Maintenance Operative will be given full training and will work in conjunction with senior members of the team. Work will require all staff to undertake evening work for building access and will also provide industry qualifications around fire safety and ventilation filtration systems that staff can take forward in their career.
