The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major construction projects. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes prestigious new build construction projects, commercial maintenance and facilities management. This is an excellent opportunity for a cleaner to join the facilities management team, supporting a major facilities maintenance contract at Caswell Science & Technology Park, Towcester, NN12 8EQ

Duties

As a suitably experienced cleaner you will be working on a contract to clean the corporate head offices of a large multi-national organisation in Caswell Science & Technology Park, Towcester, NN12 8EQ
. Primary duties will be to clean all desks and chairs, wipe IT equipment, clean door handles, push plates and key pads, vacuum the floor, empty and clean the general rubbish and recycling bins, load and unload the dishwasher and mop the kitchen floor. Additional duties will include re-ordering cleaning supplies when stocks run low and completing weekly time sheet.

About You

Based in Towcester you will need to live within a short commutable distance of NN12 8EQ
.

The job will include using cleaning chemicals so experience for COSHH is preferred.

Demonstrable experience of commercial or industrial cleaning with a good working knowledge of hygiene standards and procedures is preferred.

Due to the remote location of the site you will need your own transport to travel to and from work as there is a very limited public transport service.

In return for your experience you will receive an hourly rate between 13.00 PAYE and 17.26 Umbrella per hour as well as a range of benefits.
