We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Beddgelert team A handful of cabins in a sheltered woodland glade, bordered by a tumbling river and situated in the heart of Snowdonia National Park

  Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience.

• Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
• Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable).
• Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner.
• Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

Our ideal Operations Assistant will be a dynamic individual who applies a can‑do attitude to solve any issues that may arise on location.

You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues.

A love for the outdoors is essential as these tasks need completing rain or shine every day of the year.

• Skilled laborer with experience in carpentry, painting & decorating, and brickwork.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met.
• Some previous experience in a similar role.
• A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather.
