Mobile Mechanic

You're someone who gets people. This isn't just spanners and engines—our mechanics are out there on driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC with pride. You like mixing things up. Every day's a little different—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. But it doesn't stop there: you'll manage your stock, do your reporting, and keep those customer conversations flowing.

• Think on your feet and make the right call for each customer, handling different fixes and new challenges every day.

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years' hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire – Up to £50,000 per annum (Full Time).

• A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings of up to £55,000 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
• A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
