We are seeking a reliable and hands-on individual who can lead by example, manage projects efficiently, and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety. Main Duties Supervising and coordinating joinery teams on site Managing day-to-day site operations and workflow Planning and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications Liaising with management, subcontractors, and clients Ordering and organising materials when required Maintaining health & safety standards on site Assisting with joinery work where necessary

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Proven experience in joinery and site supervision Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving abilities A strong work ethic and attention to detail Full UK driving licence preferred
