Caretaker, General Labor, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: £16.00 per hour (equivalent to £640 per week, paid monthly)

Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for a practical, reliable Handyman / Handyperson to join our team at a busy and well-established industrial site in Wrexham.

This is a varied, hands‑on position where you’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly, safely, and looking its best. If you take pride in your work, enjoy getting stuck in, and like the idea of no two days being the same, this could be a great fit.

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across the site
• Painting, decorating, and basic joinery (e.g. hanging doors)
• Maintaining outdoor areas and yard spaces
• Supporting small improvement projects around the facility
• Responding to day-to-day maintenance needs as they arise
• Helping ensure the site remains clean, safe, and well‑presented
