Overview

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Uttoxeter ST14.

We deliver tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

We are offering a full‑time role, 37½ hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm. Overtime is available and Saturday or Sunday work will be paid at an enhanced rate.

Key responsibilities
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and hard floors, and using scrubber dryers, sweepers and buffers within the factory.
  • Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, chairs, windowsills, skirting boards and other office furniture, sanitising as you go.
  • Cleaning corridors, stairwells and communal areas.
  • Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap and towels.
  • Waste management – collection, transportation and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
Skills & Key requirements
  • Use cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Experience working to tight schedules.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
