Overview
Join our team as a skilled HGV Technician. You will be responsible for fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with Volvo's high standards. You will ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including repair orders, service reports, and production cards. Strong verbal communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
Responsibilities- Fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on HGV vehicles in line with Volvo standards.
- Complete documentation accurately, including repair orders, service reports, and production cards.
- Demonstrate proactive problem solving and technical troubleshooting under pressure.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
- City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI in motor vehicle management (or equivalent) or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
- HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
Alternate weeks:
Week One: 06:00 – 14:30 Week Two: 14:00 – 22:30 Alternate Saturday mornings Call out rota may be required
