Job summary
The Communal Cleaner position in Horndean requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple residential sites. This full‑time, permanent role involves travelling between locations such as Bordon, Liss, Alton, and Crawley using a company van. The salary is £27,976 per annum for a 40‑hour week.
Key responsibilities- Clean communal areas to a high standard
- Travel between sites as per a planned rota
- Use technology to record completed work, including photos and forms
- Ensure communal spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for residents
- Take ownership of designated properties and maintain excellent standards
- Positive, self‑motivated attitude
- Passion for cleaning and attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using basic technology for reporting tasks
- Full UK driving licence
Salary: £27,976 per annum, 40‑hour week, full‑time, permanent contract, company van provided.
