• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Develop knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including cleaning schedule and appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals, following health and safety requirements.
• Complete all required training for the cleaning role.
• Work effectively within a team and can work autonomously.
• Build positive and productive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations.

• Good communication and basic English reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
