About the Role

Location: Elstow, Bedford, MK42 9GP

Hourly Rate: £12.71

The days and hours: Zero‑hours cleaning role. No minimum hours are guaranteed; shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline any shift offered.

• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use the required equipment.
• Provide high‑standard customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials, including receiving full training.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and follow all procedures.
• Work within a supportive team that goes the extra mile.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; we can fully train from scratch.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication and interacting with clients.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview).
• Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
• Two satisfactory references required as part of the recruitment process.
