• Knows your way around basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Is a problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail
• Is self‑motivated and good at managing your own time
• Is a great communicator and a team player
• Can keep your work area clean and safe
• Has basic IT skills
• And you're willing to learn whatever you need to do the job right

Salary: £13.86 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days a week)

• Swiftly and efficiently handle any general maintenance work and record‑keeping within the care home
• Guarantee all Compliance and Mandatory checks are completed and recorded within the designated timeframe
• Prioritise a safe environment for all our residents and colleagues
• Maintain all equipment utilised by employees and residents to the highest standard, ensuring it's always ready for use
• Keep garden areas, driveways, and paths tidy and welcoming at all times
