Warehouse Cleaner Newbridge, Edinburgh £12.71 per hour Temporary Ongoing Opportunity with Potential for Extension 6:30am - 6:45pm | 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern Manpower Scotland is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Cleaner to join their busy warehouse operation based in Newbridge, Edinburgh. The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of extension into a longer-term assignment for the right candidate. Due to the location of the site and the shift pattern, applicants should carefully consider their transport arrangements before applying. Own transport is highly desirable as public transport options may be limited.

The Role As a Warehouse Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. Your work will help ensure high housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the warehouse while supporting the health and safety of all employees. Duties will include:
Cleaning warehouse floors, walkways and work areas Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely Keeping storage areas clean, tidy and free from hazards Sweeping, mopping and carrying out general housekeeping duties Cleaning communal areas and welfare facilities as required Assisting with spill clean-ups and maintaining a safe working environment Ensuring cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly Following all health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For Previous cleaning, industrial cleaning or warehouse experience is desirable A reliable and hardworking approach to work Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift Own transport is highly desirable due to the location and working hours What's in it for You?
