If you have a background in housekeeping, hospitality, or simply take pride in creating clean and inviting spaces, wed love to welcome you to our supportive team . What youll enjoy as part of the team £12.72 per hour Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000*) Ongoing career development and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 Blue Light Card discount package Company pension scheme What were looking for A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK A positive attitude and pride in your work 24 hours per week to include working alternative weekends You are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to get to and from work as Tilford care home is situated in a remote location with no public transport routes About the role Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues Room care with pride dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage Working together collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards Making a difference through kindness sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day This is a role where your care shows in the details, fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every single day.
