Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Dover
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: 17th August 2026
DBS: Valid Basic DBS required

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a team in Dover on a permanent basis. This is a part-time position with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operation and supporting the wider cleaning team.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 5:00pm 8:00pm
Friday: 1:00pm 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure high standards are consistently maintained
• Allocate daily cleaning duties and manage staff rotas
• Carry out regular quality checks and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard
• Monitor cleaning stock and report any equipment or maintenance issues
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed
• Provide training and support to cleaning team members where required
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day cleaning operations
• Assist with cleaning duties when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader position
• A current and valid Basic DBS
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Reliable and responsible approach to work
• Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on when required
