Operations Technician (Operations, Maintenance & Facilities)
On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a practical, reliable and safety-conscious Operations Technician.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.
Working as part of the Operations, Maintenance & Facilities team, you'll undertake a wide range of tasks, from winter maintenance and general site upkeep to supporting operational activities and assisting contractors.
This is a role that requires someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to take on a wide range of operational and maintenance tasks.
No two days are the same, and full in-house training will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out operations, maintenance and facilities work as directed by the Operations, Maintenance & Facilities Lead.
- Complete work orders safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Undertake winter maintenance activities, including gritting roads, paths and car parks.
- Carry out general maintenance and handyman duties across the site.
- Operate site vehicles and equipment where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Support third-party contractors working on site, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with site requirements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the facility.
- Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and be willing to support a variety of operational tasks as business needs require.
