Job Title: Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer
Location: Covering Scotland - Mainly Central Belt
Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum (45 hours per week)
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Full UK Driving Licence Required
Currently looking for a Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer to join my client's team covering Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the ground care industry, providing high-quality service and maintenance to our clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of ground care machinery.
- Provide onsite service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
- Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.
- Based in or around Glasgow or Central Belt of Scotland
- Proven experience as a service engineer in the ground care, agricultural, or similar machinery sector.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites).
- Familiarity with IBCOS (preferred but not essential).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Competitive salary of 38,000 - 40,000 per year.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Groundcare Engineer or similar position
- Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
