urbanbubble is seeking a Senior Maintenance Operative in Brighton to keep our buildings and communal spaces in top condition. You’ll handle first-line maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance, while mentoring junior members and coordinating with contractors.
DBS checks are required for this role. You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with regional facilities to meet KPI targets and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained environment for residents.
