CSCS Labourer Team Leader

Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading site service company who are expanding their teams across the UK due to business growth and are looking to recruit a Team Leader with a valid CSCS card to oversee the offloading and positioning of goods such as kitchen units, worktops, furniture, and bedroom items at various new-build sites on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

Location: Swindon

Hours:
Start times from 6am

Pay: £130 - £150 per day

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites to offload and position goods into the correct houses and flats
• Ensure all work is carried out professionally, safely, and efficiently
• Take photographic evidence of completed jobs to confirm successful delivery and setup
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site teams and clients

** Prior to starting, you will need to attend a 5-day training course. This will be paid training at £400 plus a fuel allowance of £0.25 per mile to reach the training location**
