Royal Mail Group seeks a Maintenance Shift Manager at the Midlands Super Hub in Crick to lead maintenance teams, drive safety and reliability, and execute preventative and corrective actions to meet production targets. The role is fixed-term for 12 months, full-time with 41 hours weekly on a 12‑hour shift pattern and a 4‑week rota.
Salary ranges from £54,088 to £58,022, plus £9,000 per annum pro rata shift allowance and up to 10% annual bonus, with 25 days leave and a competitive pension scheme.
