Within the position of Executive Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, safe and welcoming workplace.

Delivering exceptional standards throughout the day, your attention to detail will help create an outstanding experience for employees and visitors To work as part of the Workplace Team, delivering a high quality, welcoming workplace experience through daily hygiene duties and reactive housekeeping requests, management of hospitality for meeting rooms, loading/unloading dishwasher, maintaining the replenishment of consumables, support with floor walks and auditing Deliver cleaning services across general workplace areas and designated specialist rooms, ensuring all spaces are maintained to the required standards, including areas requiring hospital-grade cleaning protocols within the client's pharmaceutical environment Carry out the cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, touchpoints, sanitary areas, toilets and showers, including mopping and vacuuming designated areas and replenishing washroom consumables to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment Managing waste disposal operations, including the safe handling and segregation of clinical waste, and ensuring all waste is disposed of correctly through the landlord’s designated waste management facilities in compliance with relevant regulations and site procedures Responsible for the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials and reporting of any repairs required to the management team Act as a brand ambassador for both Livv and the client site maintaining high standards in accordance with The Livv Way and client procedures Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations To use the client site equipment in accordance with guidelines Establish good working relationships with your onsite Livv colleagues and clients to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with company and Legal requirements Undertake any other reasonable duties assigned by your Line Manager to support Livv, our clients, and ongoing operational success.
