Office Cleaner – Welwyn Garden City (AL7)

Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting Cleaners to support a cleaning contract within in Welwyn Garden City (AL7)
This role will be covering commercial office and light industrial cleaning duties.

Location:

Welwyn Garden City

Pay Rate:

£13.44 per hour + holiday pay (weekdays)
£15.00 per hour + holiday pay (weekend hours)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Plus 4 hours every other weekend as part of the cleaning rota (paid at £15.00 per hour + holiday pay)
About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our client's site in Welwyn Garden City. This is initially a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to continue on a long-term basis for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment across a variety of areas, including:

Commercial office spaces
Communal areas
Kitchens and staff facilities
Toilets and washrooms
Warehouse areas - light industrial cleaning (PPE must be worn) - this is provided by our client.

What We're Looking For

Previous cleaning experience is essential
Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Flexibility to work the alternate weekend rota
