Estate Services Cleaner

Location: Roffey

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Estate Services Cleaner for an 8-week temporary position. You will work as part of a dedicated team traveling across local sites to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

* General Cleaning:
Carry out high-standard cleaning across communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers, and other facilities across multiple residential locations.

* Specialist Cleaning:
Manage challenging cleaning tasks as required, including the removal of human or animal waste and treating areas affected by urine, in accordance with approved safety procedures.

* Safety & Compliance:
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely; strictly adhere to health and safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.

* Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with team members on daily routes, starting and finishing each workday at the office.

Candidate Requirements

* Local Resident:
Must reside near the office area

* Experience:

Prior experience in commercial, residential, or estate cleaning duties.

* Physical Capability:
Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor across multiple mobile sites.

* DBS & Vetting:
Must possess or pass a Standard DBS check and provide 2 years of work history/references.

* Eligibility:
Full right to work in the UK.

* Attributes:
Flexible, reliable, with a positive, professional approach to work.
