Facilities Assistant

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Levy on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. • Hours to suit you, between 15-25 hours
• Working day can be from 5 hours a day, flexible to business needs • £13.45 per hour

• We're currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant to join our dedicated team at Sedgebrook Hall, part of The Venues Collection. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Re-grouting and re-siliconing bathrooms within hotel bedrooms to maintain presentation and prevent water damage.
• Painting and decorating guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard.
• Carrying out general maintenance tasks across the hotel and estate.
• Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the hotel grounds and outdoor spaces.
• Reporting maintenance issues and supporting preventative maintenance programmes.
• Ensuring all work areas are safe, clean and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.
• Supporting the Facilities team with project work and ad hoc maintenance requirements.
• Maintaining high standards throughout guest and back-of-house areas. Our ideal Facilities Assistant will:

Your key responsibilities will include:
Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is in a clean, tidy and reasonable state of repair, inclusive of general external maintenance tasks.
