Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team at our Swindon site.
You will deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning, supervise staff to task schedules and maintain service standards for a Mitie client. You will ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, provide training as needed, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness and stock levels, and escalate issues to the line manager when required.
