We are currently recruiting for a hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of four cleaners at an office site in Macclesfield (SK10).

This is a working supervisor role, meaning you will be actively involved in the day‑to‑day cleaning duties while leading and supporting your team to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner who has supervisory experience or is ready to take the next step into a team leader position.

• Supervise and support a team of four cleaners.
• Carry out hands‑on office cleaning alongside the team.
• Allocate cleaning duties and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor cleaning standards and ensure the office is kept clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Lead by example and motivate the team.
• Report any issues or additional requirements to management.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed in line with site expectations.

• Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is desirable.
• A hands‑on approach and willingness to lead by example.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• £14.45 per hour.
• Weekly pay.
