Responsibilities National Service Director

As National Service Director, your role will include:

• Leading the full Service function to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations are met.
• Overseeing approx (Apply online only) staff, including multiple managers reporting directly into you.
• Building a culture of accountability, proactive problem solving, and high performance.
• Driving commercial growth through contract negotiation, renewals, and client engagement.
• Using dashboards and service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Reviewing and evolving departmental structure, processes, and operating models.
• Ensuring compliance with all Fire & Security regulations, accreditations, and standards.
• Collaborating with HR, Fleet, Operations, and Finance to align goals, control costs, and deliver improvements.

Requirements National Service Director

• 5 7+ years senior leadership experience in Fire & Security
• Proven operational leadership of large, multi-layered teams
• Experience in service contract management and commercial negotiation
• Data-driven approach with track record of operational improvement
• Knowledge of accredited environments (NSI, BAFE) and compliance standards
• Ability to lead change, restructure teams, and embed consistent processes
• Strong communication, leadership presence, and influence skills
