Maintenance Team Leader – 4 on 4 off

Salary: £46,000 + Overtime

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Team Leader with an electrical bias to work for a multi-national FMCG company based in Nottingham. The Maintenance Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organising of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Maintenance Team Leader will have 3 direct reports and will be involved in both hands on engineering work and leadership duties.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

MUST have Electrical Engineering Qualification
Multi-Skilled with an electrical bias
Previous experience of leading a team

Experience of PPM’s
Organising and planning experience
